I’m so excited to be holding a transition into Autumn 3 day retreat in Nowra, designed to get you out and onto the mat face to face in the beautiful Australian bush setting at Bamarang Bush Retreat.
All are welcome regardless of whether you are an experienced regular yoga person or a total newbie. We are all different and so it is all about YOU, improving and supporting YOUR health. This will truly be about Self-Care and taking that time out for yourself and reconnecting with old friends and making new friends.
It will be so nice to see you all in person and get that community feeling that group yoga gives us.
The theme for this 🍁Autumn retreat is “Empower Your Lungs”.
We will be focusing on the Metal Element doing Yoga and activities based on improving your:
Lungs and Large Intestine functions, your vitality, your decision making, your breathing techniques and your creative expressions.
The retreat includes: yoga classes, all meals, accommodation and all the activities I have planned for you, see below.

This will be a fun, and supportive 3-day retreat. Autumn is the season of letting go, a time for making clear decisions, renewal, and regrowth. We move from the outward Yang like energies of the Wood and Fire elements that came before it and the grounded central point of Earth. It is a time for introspection and decision making.

🍁how to improve breathing, mental clarity, digestion, improve energy levels and reduce inflammation in the body.

NOTES:
🎗 Please Note: The Retreat Program has been designed to maximize the change and benefits of Autumn so that you get the most from this weekend. It is recommended that you follow the entire program and attend all sessions,
🎗 Food Allergies: Please inform me as soon as possible if you have any special dietary needs so that I can prepare the appropriate meals for you.
🎗 Travel to Venue & Arrival: You will need to organise your own transport to and from the venue. Please don't arrive earlier than 3pm as it may be difficult to access the venue and we will be busy setting things up for you.
🎗 Yoga Safety: at any time during the retreat yoga classes, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly.
🎗Health: If you have any specific health concerns, injuries, are post-surgery, pregnant, pre or post-natal please let me know so I can include specific sequences for you, alternatively, you can book a private yoga therapy session with me.
