We will be focusing on the Fire Element by doing yoga and activities based on improving your heart and small intestine functions. This will improve your circulation, core strength, and your ability to connect with others and yourself through meditation.

Let’s get you out and onto the mat face-to-face in the beautiful Australian bush setting at Bamarang Bush Retreat.
All are welcome regardless of whether you are an experienced regular yoga person or a total newbie. We are all different, so it is all about YOU, improving and supporting YOUR health. This will be a fun and supportive yoga retreat with a focus on Self-Care.
Summer is the season to meet and reconnect with like-minded people and share your love of yoga. It will be so lovely to see you all in person and get that community feeling that group yoga gives us.

🎗 Please Note: The Retreat Program has been designed to maximise the change and benefits of Summer so that you get the most from this weekend. It is recommended that you follow the entire program and attend all sessions,
🎗 Food Allergies: Please inform me as soon as possible if you have any special dietary needs so that I can prepare the appropriate meals for you.
🎗 Travel to Venue & Arrival: You will need to organise your own transport to and from the venue. Please don't arrive earlier than 3pm as it may be difficult to access the venue and we will be busy setting things up for you.
🎗 Yoga Safety: If at any time during the retreat yoga classes, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly.
🎗Health: If you have any specific health concerns, or injuries, are post-surgery, pregnant, pre or post-natal please let me know so I can include specific sequences for you. Alternatively, you can book a private yoga therapy session with me.
