Winter is the time of year when the energy is at its lowest and most inwardly directed. Winter energy is descending and supports great deep healing.
You will learn:
💚. Morning Winter Yoga, a Water Element Class with a focus on strengthening the back
💚. Winter breakfast routine with food tips for winter
💚. Self-care massage for Winter with a focus on the kidney and bladder meridians
💚. Partner stretch yoga class for improved flexibility
💚. Relaxation and breathing techniques to destress

🙏Please join me for a morning of self-care to energise you and your body during this winter season. Winter is the season of deep healing, as the energy around us declines, we focus more inwardly on ourselves.
Humans have always celebrated the 4 changes of seasons each year, usually through a fast and a celebration of changing what foods are eaten. It is recommended to do a small change of season detox for every season change. IF this is not possible I strongly recommended you do at least some form of WINTER change of season to reset your body. This could be a retreat or detox, or even just following my Winter Tips.
The results from a winter cleanse are really profound. By doing a Winter Mini-Retreat you will achieve some ultimate health results.

Session # 1 - Winter Morning Yoga (7 - 8 am)
Session # 2 - Winter Yoga Jog or Walk to support Detoxification (8.00 - 8.30 am)
Session # 3 - Ice-Bucket Challenge to boost Detox (8.30 - 9.00 am)
Session # 4 - Breakfast & Winter Food (9.00 - 10.00 am)
Session # 5 - Self-Massage & Partner Stretches for the Back (10.00 - 11.30 am)
Session #6 - Relaxation & Breathing Techniques (11.30 - 12.00 noon)

You will learn:

💚 how to create relaxation for yourself, self-care, self-healing and self-focus techniques including breathing and self-massage of key meridian points
💚 how & what winter foods will clean & support you
