Melina Iuculano
Melina started her yoga practice with Lisa in 2002, and went on to train with Lisa and has been teaching classes since then. She especially loves teaching strong morning classes and works with athletes to improve fitness, flexibility and with injury recovery programs.
“ I attended my first yoga class with Lisa approximately 20 years ago when I had my second daughter and was juggling a growing family and a corporate career and I haven’t looked back!!
Lisa’s yoga teaching simply makes you feel fabulous! She has the ability to guide you through each move with care and encouragement with the aim to help you understand and reconnect with your body, calm the mind and enrich your spirit.
It has definitely helped me remain sane through the most stressful times. Highly recommended!!!"
Linda van Aanholt
Linda has been a lover of practicing Yoga for more than 20 years. In 2018 Linda completed her Certificate IV in Remedial Yoga Teaching and from there expanded her practice from West Ryde to Mosman, where she is successfully running both private and group classes to her strong group of faithful followers.
Yoga has always been Linda's 'go to' medicine and after studying Japanese Yoga Therapy she has a deeper understanding of how Yoga can recharge, rebalance and restore the body.
Linda is always professional and goes out of her way to take the time to listen to her clients and tailor individual programs suited to the individual. Her classes are fun as she believes that life can often be too serious. You will feel comfortable and welcomed in Linda's classes.
Tiffany Brinkworth
Tiffany has always loved to practise yoga and fell in love with Japanese Yoga over 15 years ago. She experienced the profound changes that Japanese Yoga elicits, and wanted to extend her own knowledge and understanding of this therapeutic style of yoga that she undertook studies to become a teacher herself. After all, what better way to learn more yourself than to teach others.
She studied under the guidance of Lisa Masters to complete a Certificate of Japanese Yoga Teaching in 2012, and with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and looking for a deeper understanding of the theory, to give more to her students also completed the Advanced Diploma of Japanese Yoga Therapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Natal Yoga and Active Birth Teacher Training.
Tiffany is an active member of Yoga Australia.
Yoga is an integral part of Tiffany’s life, and she believes for yoga practices to be successful, it is necessary to understand not only what is yoga, but also to develop a state of mind conducive to fostering the ideal environment for her students. She adapts her classes to suit the individual students on the mat and seeks to guide and encourage students in a respectful, nurturing, and therapeutic way. She is passionate about yoga as a practice and way of life.
