In Natural Therapies we say that “It is during the Pause that we make change”.
This Self-Care One Day Retreat has been designed for you to take that long needed Pause.
To have the time to focus on yourself, and to get the most out of winter and its powerful deep healing time.

An overview of the sessions included on this Winter Self-Care One Day Retreat are listed below:
· The day starts at 7 am with a warming winter yoga practice
· Over breakfast (included) we will talk about the best natural wholefoods to eat and how to cook some of them
· We will also share food medicine recipes on how to prepare simple at home remedies
· Next, we will show you some easy meridian stretches that you can practise at home
· This is followed by a wholesome lunch (included)
· We spend the afternoon practicing self-massage techniques and winter breathing practises
· Wrap up of the day, questions and answer time

-Strengthening and aligning the bones using Element Winter Yoga Postures.
-Cooking with warm supporting foods
-Using warming breathing techniques
-Doing the ‘Do-In’, which is a self-massage technique to boost our energy levels
